Personalized In-Person or Online Learning

Frequently
Asked
Questions

How long is a tutoring session?

Most sessions are one hour long, but we can work together to determine what will be most effective for your student.

Where does the session take place?

Tutoring is available in-person at my home in Cooper City or online via Zoom.

How frequently do you meet?

I recommend meeting once a week for consistency, but I also offer test review sessions and midterm and final exam prepatory sessions.  AP Biology exam review sessions generally begin 4-6 weeks prior to the test date.

What courses do you tutor?

The courses I tutor include college biology, college anatomy and physiology, college neurobiology, AP Biology, honors biology, anatomy and physiology, and middle school science (grades 6-8).

How do I book a tutoring session?

Contact me directly to schedule a tutoring session.  My contact information is listed at the bottom of this page.  Because my schedule is so dynamic, there is no online booking option via this website.

What are your available tutoring times?

I am available to tutor after school and evenings during the school week, Saturday mornings, and Sunday evenings.

Are all sessions one-on-one?

I am happy to create small group sessions if your student has peers that they work well with.  Students often learn a lot from the questions that their friends ask. Ask me about my small group rates.
